We will do our best to design a suitable service structure and workflow for our customers. In any case, if the customer is not fully satisfied with our Services, we will refund as per this Policy.

REFUND
We will begin the order execution process the same day it is received along with the payment confirmation andall necessary documents. Because of this, it is almost impossible for us to refund the entire amount. Some orders are executed step-by-step with committed fees payable to the government, vendors or channel partners at each and every stage. Consequently, all these paid-up portions cannot be reimbursed.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of order is possible even after the payment has been made. However, only the remaining amount, which is not utilised towards processing the order can be refunded. You are entitled to a full refund [excluding taxes, challan payments and payment towards gateway charges], if QUATORTAX fails to provide the requested Service due to willful defaults including carelessness or any delay on our end.

PRICING POLICY
We reserve the right to change the prices listed on our website at any time without notice, but this will not affect previous contracts/orders that have already been placed. Our Pricing Policy does not apply to an increase in the total fee paid to QUATORTAX by the customer as a result of an increase in government fees or fees incurred on resubmission, rejection, or completion of legal documentation and Service. QUATORTAX is not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the customer relating to the completion of the Service that is out of scope.

CHANGE OF SERVICE
If you wish to change the Service from the original Service with another Service offered by QUATORTAX, then you must make a request to QUATORTAX within 7 [seven] days on receipt of payment, provided that the original order has not been completed/fulfilled by QUATORTAX at the time of making such a request. The charges paid for the original order after subtracting the government fees, challan payments, filing fees or taxes, or any other amount paid to the third parties involved in moving your order forward, will be duly adjusted against your fresh order later. Any extra fees for the new order must be paid by you after QUATORTAX accepts your request for the change.

PENALTY OR TAX PAYMENT
QUATORTAX and its’ personnel play the role of a corporate service provider. While, we feel responsible to prepare all necessary filings, it is customer’s responsibility too to ensure accuracy and correctness of documents. Hence, QUATORTAX will not pay any penalties or taxes on behalf of the customers. QUATORTAX will not be held liable, in case you fail to submit documents or required information on time. Furthermore, QUATORTAX is not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the customer relating to the completion of the Service that is out of scope.

FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We want to make it clear that in circumstances beyond our control, such as but not limited to national holidays, department holidays, delays on the part of the Government of India, the respective state governments, our affiliates, or elsewhere, acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, riot, sabotage, labour shortages or disputes, internet and power outages, poor phone network connectivity, technical difficulties, breakage of sea cables, hacking, or piracy, we may not be able to complete the order. Such events are out of QUATORTAX's control, hence we won’t be held responsible.

DELAY IN PROCESS
Sometimes, unanticipated delays before your process is completed, can be caused by backlogs or issues with government portals [such as thewebsites of GST, MCA DGFT, Income, UDYAM, UTIITSL, NSDL and FSSAI]. QUATORTAX cannot be held responsible for such delays. All these situations are not covered by QUATORTAX and are not qualified for any refund. Therefore, the government’s delay in completing your filing cannot be an excuse for any reimbursement.

OBJECTION / REFUSAL / REJECTION
QUATORTAX does not guarantee any results or fulfillment of your order availed yourself through our Services, where government or quasi-judicial or any other regulatory authority is involved. For e.g. the authorities concerned might object or refuse your application for a Trademark; the appropriate authority might reject your application for GST registration, Food License and Company name owing to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or change in government processes due to amendments or updates in rules. As these types of issues are out of our control, you are not eligible for refund. Therefore, the government’s objection, refusal, or rejection in processing your file, cannot be a justification for a reimbursement.
QUATORTAX will not be held liable, if you fail to submit allrequired documents or information on time.

FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Party shall be liable for a failure or delay in performing any of its’ obligations under the Terms of Use, but only to the extent that, such a failure or delay is due to causes beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including, but not limited to:
- Acts of God.
- Fire or explosion [except to the extent caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the affected party].
- Unusually, severe or extreme weather conditions.
- War, invasion, riot, or other civil unrest.
- Governmental laws, orders, restrictions, actions, embargoes, or blockages.
- National or regional emergency.
Injunctions, strikes, lockouts, workforce/labour trouble, or other industrial disturbances; provided that the party affected shall promptly notify the other of the ‘force majeure’ condition and shall exert reasonable efforts to eliminate, cure, or overcome any such cause[s] and to resume performance of its’ obligations as soon as possible.

REFUND PROCESS
We reserve the right to make best effort to complete the Service before processing any refund[s].A Service charge including other applicable taxes and fees may be collected by QUATORTAX for the Services availed through our Platform. The request will be accepted for consideration, if the user ever sends an e-mail to support@quatortax.com, expressing dissatisfaction with the quality of the Services. QUATORTAX holds the authority todetermine whether the Service charge for this request shall be repaid. If we confirm your request for refund, subject to the Terms of Use mentioned herein or elsewhere, we will send you an e-mail seeking the details required to process the refund, which may include information about your Bank Account including the name of the account holder, account number, IFSC code, and branch information etc. Kindly revert back to the e-mail with the details required along with the purchase details to support@quatortax.com to begin your refund process. Please be aware and clear that processing the refund and starting the transfer will take a minimum of 3 to 5 [three to five] business days from the date of receipt of all such information.

CANCELLATION OF REFUND PROCESS
In any case should you in any manner improperly or illegally detain any director, employee, affiliate, agent or representative of QUATORTAX, we shall be constrained to take all such actions including cancellation of the refund process. Any such refund will stand forfeited without any further reference to you. This shall be in addition to and without prejudice to all our further remedies at law.
